In this teaching, we continue our biweekly topical series titled "Defining the Gospel" which is intended to strengthen the personal assurance of salvation in believers and prepare all of us to give a defense for the reason of the hope that is in us per 1 Peter 3:15. 
 
This week's teaching is an overview of the concept of eternal security and having personal assurance of salvation. All believers should live great hope, and assurance is necessary for a realistic hope.
